Unsuccessful Bill Payments

I was charged for making a bill payment/wallet top-up but the payment was unsuccessful on the app. 🙁
If you attempted to make a bill payment, wallet top-up, or BetKing ID top-up on the Kele app but were charged for the transaction despite it being unsuccessful, please send us a report via the app or email us at support@getkele.com.

In your email, make sure you provide us with the relevant transaction details (i.e. Transaction reference ID, amount & date/time), a screenshot of the receipt you received, and any supporting documents. We will gladly assist you in resolving this issue.

I made a successful bill payment/wallet top-up on the Kele app, but I have not  received it yet. 🤔 
If your bill payment, wallet top-up, or BetKing ID top-up on the Kele app is successful on the app but you did not receive the payment after 1 hour, simply follow these steps in order to report it to us:
  1. Go to the receipt of the transaction on the Kele app.
  2. Click on “Report this transaction”, located at the bottom of the Receipt page. 
  3. You can proceed to log a report with our Support team.
