Signing Up on Kele as a Customer

How can I create a Customer Account on the Kele app?  🤔

To create an account on Kele, you need to download the Kele app from the Kele website, Google Play Store or the iOS store.
  1.  Once you’ve downloaded the app, click on “Create an account”.
  2.  Type in your valid phone number. Once you click “Continue”, you will be sent a verification code.
  3.  Enter the 6-digit verification code and then proceed to enter your valid BVN and date of birth.
Note: We need this information to verify your identity before you can use Kele.
  1.  Once your BVN and date of birth have been verified, you will need to type in your place of birth and gender.
  2.  Finally, create a 4-digit PIN and then you can log into your new Kele profile.

I did not get a Verification Code. What can I do? 😟

If you did not receive an SMS OTP verification code, please follow these steps:
  1. Double-check to ensure that you have entered the correct phone number. 
  2. Click on the "Resend" button to have the app send another code to you.
  3. Ensure you do not have Do Not Disturb (DND) activated on your SIM card.
  4. For email OTP verification codes, make sure you check your Spambox.
Please contact your service provider to check the status of the DND on your SIM card.
