2. I got an error when upgrading to Tier 2 using my correct NIN.
Answer: If you got an "Invalid NIN" error message, this might be because your NIN has been revoked or blocked by the NIMC for several reasons. To resolve this, visit the nearest NIMC centre to resolve the issue.
3. I entered the correct NIN, but the app did not accept it. What should I do?
Answer: Make sure that you entered an 11-digit NIN. Double-check by dialing *346# and if it's correct and if it hasn't been barred. If everything is correct and active but the app is still rejecting it, please take a screenshot of the error message displayed on the app and share with us via email or WhatsApp support.
