How to Reset Your PIN as a Customer

If you ever forget your pin, you can follow this simple guideline in order to reset it and regain access into your account.

- Once you launch the app, enter your phone number.
- At the bottom of the login screen, you will see a message: "Reset it here." Click on this link.
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone number.
- Once you receive the OTP, input the code into the app.
- After entering the OTP, you will be prompted to reset your transaction PIN.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set your new PIN.
