  4. Your Old Phone Number
  5. The New Phone Number You Want to Change To
  6. Today’s Date
Take a Selfie & Send to our Support Team
  1. Hold the piece of paper in a selfie picture as shown below.
    1. Please ensure that the information written on the piece of paper is clear and legible.

  1. Ask someone to take the Selfie for you and send it to our official Support email address.
  2. Send the selfie picture to support@getkele.com.
Once received, our team will review the information and help you update your registered phone number.
