How to Change Your Email Address

To update your email address in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into the app with your login credentials.
  2. Click on "Profile" from the main menu.
  3. Select "Personal Information".
  4. Locate the edit icon beside your old email address and click it.
  5. Type in your new email address in the designated field.
  6. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the new email address.
  7. Check the inbox of your new email address for the OTP.
  8. Enter the OTP on the app and click on "Verify."
Congratulations! Your email address has now been successfully changed. 😄
